Crown Homes Management was established in the year 2000, at this year the company faced a lot of difficulties because the economy was at its lowest since independence. However the company grew to become one of the most respected companies in the Real Estate Industry. This is due to its highly specialized and personalized marketing methods.
Crown Homes mostly offers consultation and marketing of properties for sale, letting, management and development. We incorporate highly specialized marketing methods and our vast experience in Real Estate gives us an edge over our competitors.
We have an experienced work force who when put together produce excellent results and add value to the organization.
Serving the Real Estate industry since 2000 the firm currently works with more than 500 clients both nationally and internationally. An innovative, constantly evolving, a solid commitment to customer satisfaction, sets our firm apart from its competitors.
Headquartered in Nairobi, Crown Homes Management is located at Daphton Court , A5, Riverside Drive.

Company Departments
The Company has three departments mainly: Rental,Sales and Project Management.
Rental Department
This department mainly deals with the rental of property in upmarket and middle class areas such as: Brookside, Westlands, Riverside, Kitisuru, Loresho, Spring Valley, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Kilimani, Upperhill and Hurlingham. We do not only source houses but advise our clients according to their needs. In other words we listen to our clients so as to deliver efficiently and accurately. For those clients who have properties they wish rented, we aggressively market them in daily newspapers, shopping malls as well as on billboards which is a very effective method of marketing.
Sales Department
This department deals with selling of property in upmarket and middle class areas. Some of the properties we sell include: – Double-Storey Houses, Bungalows, Maisonettes, Apartments and plots etc. This department has experienced significant growth since many people opt to buy houses than rent. This is due to falling of interest rates and willingness of financial institutions to lend. This has encouraged development of new houses of which Crown Homes has dominantly been involved
Project Management
This department is well handled under our sister company Maple Developers.
Maple developers are the project management division of Crown Homes Management Ltd . Since establishment, Maple Developers has successfully completed developments incorporating cost effective construction methods.
The company also represents clients from concepts stage to delivery of the finished project. We act as client representation during all site meetings and inspection, and brief the client accordingly including following up any outstanding information required by the project implementation team. The scope of work would include:

• Cost Planning and Budgeting
• Project Economics and Financial Management
• Building Management, Commissioning and Maintenance.
