This department mainly deals with the rental of property in upmarket and middle class areas such as: Brookside, Westlands, Riverside, Kitisuru, Loresho, Spring Valley, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Kilimani and Hurlingham. We do not only source houses but advise our clients according to their needs. In other words we listen to our clients so as to deliver efficiently and accurately. For those clients who have properties they wish rented, we aggressively market them in daily newspapers, Focus on Property magazines, shopping malls as well as on billboards which is a very effective method of marketing.

Sales Department

This department also deals with selling of property in upmarket and middle class areas. Some of the properties we sell include: - Double-Storeyed Houses, Bungalows, Maisonettes, Apartments and plots etc. This department has experienced significant growth since many people opt to buy houses than rent. This is due to falling of interest rates and willingness of financial institutions to lend.



This department is the backbone of the company because it provides continuous business for the organization. We collect rent and remit the same to the landlord. In an event that the property requires repairs we facilitate and ensure that we have the landlords interests at heart. We arrange for garbage collection and liaise with The City Council of Nairobi on matters of water, rates and rents. We also carry out Facility Management whereby we manage common areas of a building both residential and commercial. We organize for Security and general maintenance of property.
